Building Surveys Explained
Often referred to as a ‘structural survey’, the most detailed of the RICS Surveys. A detailed inspection which includes a RICS ‘Traffic Light’ report.
Most suited for properties that are older than 120 years, properties that are Listed, properties that are in poor repair or that are significantly altered or extended.
A Building Survey is a thorough inspection and report on the property you are looking to buy. With the option to add on a Valuation, Insurance Rebuild Cost and costing of repairs. The Building Survey Report is most suited to flats and houses, over 120 years old or that appear to be in poor condition.
Our expert surveyors will carry out a detailed inspection inside and outside the property and of the grounds and boundary features.
